How do I know the condition of each vehicle?
The status and next step are displayed, then you receive a clear report when you close.
What data is required to evaluate the group?
The number of vehicles, their types, locations, the closest available entitlements, the name of the contact person, and the mechanism for approving business within the company.
Is it possible to manage vehicles in more than one location?
The distribution of sites is first reviewed, and then a scope and schedule that suits the movement and available capacity is proposed. No transfer or coverage is assumed prior to agreement.
Who has the authority to approve the cost?
The company identifies an authorized representative or clear approvals path before the start of the group, and further business is linked to this approval.
What if the scope of work changes after the inspection?
Explains the change, its reason and proposed cost, and does not move into implementation before approval by the company representative.
What does the final report include?
Its content is agreed in advance and may include the condition of the vehicles, inspection results, notes, approved works and documents associated with the collection.
Am I sending sensitive documents via the form?
No. The initial request is limited to contact information and public domain, and a secure and appropriate document mechanism is identified when work begins.
Can we start with urgent cases only?
Yes, priority cases or redundancy can be evaluated first within a defined group and clear scope.
